Shipping policy

Free tracked shipping to the US
All orders shipped to the United States ship free and include a tracking number.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Delivery time
After your order ships, delivery usually takes 7–14 business days. Delivery times are estimates and can sometimes be longer during busy periods, holidays or because of carrier delays.

Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Tracking can take 2–5 days to show updates after you receive it.

Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us as soon as possible – we can update it as long as the order hasn't shipped yet.
