This website is operated by PlayPaws ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting our store and/or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the website.

2. Products
We try to show our products, colors and sizes as accurately as possible. Small differences in color or size can happen due to screens and production. Product sizes are approximate.

3. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in the currency selected in the store. Prices can change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example if a price was listed incorrectly or we suspect fraud. If we cancel a paid order, you will receive a full refund.

4. Shipping, returns and refunds

5. Safe use
Our products are pet toys. Always supervise your pet during play. Our products are not chew toys and are not recommended for strong chewers. Remove the product if it becomes damaged. We are not responsible for injury or damage caused by misuse or unsupervised use.

6. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.

7. Third-party services
Payments are handled by secure third-party providers. We do not store your full card details.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies to your order.
